Filtration, dewatering and support structures
P-01
Filtration & separation
Wire mesh, filter elements and cloths for coarse separation and sub-micron filtration. We select the medium for your process.
P-02
Dewatering & drying
Spiral belts, filter cloths and process belts, with maintenance for presses and dewatering tables. The achievable dry-solids content depends on the feedstock and process conditions.
P-03
Supports & shielding
Reactor internals, support grids, reinforcement mesh and EMI shielding to licensor specification. Materials include 316L, Inconel, Hastelloy, Duplex and Monel, selected for operating conditions.

Woven mesh
Weave and aperture to specification.
Woven wire cloth for screening, filtration and support layers. Weave, aperture and alloy are selected for the process.

A rigid, porous laminate.
Multi-layer woven mesh, sintered into a rigid porous laminate: precise pores, high strength and a filter that can be cleaned and reused.

Perforated media
Hole patterns to specification.
Perforated plate for screen decks, centrifuge baskets and façades. Pattern and thickness matched to the application. As sheet or finished component.

Filter elements
Filter elements to drawing.
Custom metal filter elements made from media in our supply programme. Pleated, cylindrical, conical and basket designs are sized for your filter housing.

Belts and cloths for dewatering.
Synthetic spiral belts and filter cloths for belt presses, dewatering tables and filter presses: first-quality heat-set polyester, sized and sealed on site when needed.

Knitted wire structures for droplet separation, EMI shielding, gasketing and support. The range also includes 3D spacer fabric for airflow and cushioning.

Welded at every crossing.
Welded grids for structural support and extruded plastic netting for spacing and protection. Composite designs can combine the two.

Metal belts for process equipment.
Metal conveyor and process belts for baking, drying, washing and quenching. The range includes plate links on rods, woven constructions and rod belts for demanding temperatures and loads.

Screens, supports and shielding for vessels and reactors: catalyst support grids, V-wire internals, mist eliminators and reinforcement mesh, built to licensor spec.
